Arcardia Sanctuary is a mountainside campground, homestead, and Earth-based spiritual retreat center carved into the south-eastern slope of Mount Pleasant.
Complete with bustling herb and vegetable gardens, 2000 feet of vertical mountainside trails, and a fresh-water creek and duck pond, Arcadia serves as an Appalachian oasis nestled into the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
Campers of all stripes are invited to experience our waterfalls, towering Beech and Sycamore trees, Witch Hazels leaning out over the water, trout, crayfish, snakes, salamanders, and all the rest.
